Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd was originally incorporated in July of 1987 as Reynard Real Estate Ltd & Appraisal Services Ltd and began operation from our existing office at 213 First Street South.The decision was made in July of 1997 to join the Century 21 system and become Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. This decision made us part of the world's largest Real Estate organization and Referral network giving us the ability to touch customers and clients world wide.Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd has grown to the largest Real Estate firm in the area with 12 full time Realtors and 2 administrative staff. Our sales team consists of 5 Real Estate Brokers and 7 Sales Representatives.Since 2000 10 salespeople from our Real Estate Team have achieved the Century 21 Masters Program. Five salespeople have reached the top award in the Century 21 system of Centurion status, one of which reached this top award consecutively from 2000-2007 and is ranked 100th in Canada in the Century 21 system. Our office has maintained "Gold Medallion" status from 2000-2006, and for the first time in 2007 acheived the office award of "Centurion Office".In addition to residential sales, we have a full time team of Realtors dedicated exclusively to waterfront and recreational properties. This team consists of Jodi Gibson (Associate Broker), Donny Booth (Salesperson), Gary Bachman (Salesperson) and Ian Filips (salesperson).
